Actual surgeries are rare, save for taking out an appendix or two, and so the OR is most useful as an impromptu armory - a skilfully-aimed scalpel or circular saw can hold back the grey tide for a while. In the unusual case that somebody does need an operation, there's an Operating Table and associated Operating Computer. Use of anesthetics is recommended but not entirely mandatory. There are also assorted other surgical tools that have no real use outside the room. Remember - if you're going to try surgery, make sure you know how!! There's also a freezer containing various blood packs of different types for the people who inevitably lose all of theirs. Requires Surgery access to enter.

The CMO's Office is just south of the room and they can see you mess up miserably through their window! Fun!

The CMO probably can't see you from their office this time, but again, please read up on what you need to know.
